I am 59 years old. I'm not a fitness guru or a nutritionist, but I am enthusiastic and simply passionate about well-being. Mental, Emotional, and Physical health is so important. They are some of the most important things in our lives. There are three things that healthy people do, exercise, maintain a nutritious diet and sleep well. It gives us a more positive life outlook later down the line.
